Gratitude
The word gratitude is a bit difficult to understand. The simple meaning of gratitude is to say thank you. To be grateful to a person for the work he has done for us is to be grateful. Gratitude is one of the most important virtues in our life.
I think people with a sense of gratitude make those around them aware of their own goodness.
The feeling of gratitude in you helps to create positive feelings in yourself and in the people around you. This positivity in us brings happiness in our life. So we can live our life easily.
With gratitude we get to see many new and better experiences. Some of these experiences add up to unforgettable experiences in our life.
Positive thinking in a sense of gratitude creates a happy atmosphere in our lives. And this happy atmosphere helps to improve your health.
The feeling of gratitude strengthens our relationship with ourselves and our relatives, society, friends and family .This helps to maintain the relationship.
A positive outlook on gratitude helps us to cope with the challenges we face in life.

Ways to create an attitude of gratitude
#1 Don't complicate your life. Be grateful for each day that comes with positive thinking. Be thankful for the people in your life, the family, the circle of friends, the people in your workplace.
# 2 Wait a minute and take time to smell the roses.Start living your day differently than usual. In other words, stop running in your day. Stop yourself before you get overwhelmed and start capturing positive emotions. Stop, breathe, look around, find something beautiful around you. Nature is always great but if you are not close to nature then maybe you can draw your attention to a child, an art, an event etc. Focus on it and breathe.
# 3 Turn a negative into a positive
This can be difficult. However, if you achieve that, you will benefit greatly. Stop yourself before you let yourself down and think about it in a positive way. Positive thoughts change the way you look at life.
# 4 Praise
Share kindness with your circle of friends, family, relatives. Say something nice to a stranger or friend. Spread love and help another person.
The feeling of gratitude makes a great difference in your life. It is not a difficult task to assimilate the attitude of gratitude.
