Hey Friends, I love Food So I'm going to share with you healthy without fry mix veg. Vadi. Perfect snacks for kids & family member. Mix Vegetable Vadi is made from simple ingredient like wheat flour Carrot, Beetroot & spices. you can put any vegetables you have to mix & made these Mix Vegetables Vadi. These veg Vadi is so crispy & delicious to sweetness gives you amazing energy. so lets start to know the recipe of Mix veg. Vadi. Enjoy Monsoon with low in oil, no fry, healthy snacks. 

See why it is Healthy fry mix Vegetables Vadi it have mix veggies to provide you calcium, Minerals, Carrot give vitamin a, which is good for eyes. it has very less fat which is good for weigh loss you can have it in your breakfast too. Vegetables used in this  recipe as high in fiber & low in calories & base of the mix Vegetable Vadi is made from whole wheat flour. 

Ingredient 

  • 1.5 cup grated cabbage/mix vegetables
  • 1.5 cup grated carrot/lemon juice
  • add Coriander leaves(also add on Palak/Methi)
  • ½ chili powder as per your test
  • 3 tbs suji
  • 2cup gram flour
Mix Vegetable Vadi 

Instruction

  • In a bowl add1.5 cup grated cabbage, 1.5 cup grated carrot & some coriander leaves(you can add palak/methi).
  • add 1tbs oil with white sea some seeds
  • add some finely chopped ginger & green chilies.
  • add some lemon juice
  • add turmeric powder, red chili powder &add some salt.
  • take 1 tbs carrom seeds & add rub them between palms 
  • mix everything well
  • add 3 tbs suji &2 cup gram Flour.
  • mix it nicely & avoid adding water as vegetables over water.
  •  add a pinch of baking soda(optional)
  • it will help make vadi soft & crispy.
  • add 1tbs oil & mix it nicely.
  • Take a plate & grease it with oil, & spread vadi mixture.(it gives you thickness)
  • Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top &steam vadi for 20 minutes on high flame.
  • once Vadi is steamed properly shallow fry in a pan. 
  • add steamed vadi & cook till it becomes golden brown from both sides.
  • Now ready to serve Delicious Fry Mix Veg. Vadi.
  • With Crips & thick to enjoy healthy snacks

This Veg mix Vadi you can add for your breakfast & evening snakes which gives you fullness. if you are in weight loss program so you can add in your diet as a healthy breakfast which is fat free & Oil Free. so you can try with your family & friends.
