Hii guys how are you i hope you are doing great And firstly try to be happy and healthy and then think about other things in your life so that what you do, can give you the calmness and satisfaction in your life. So without any further delay let's straight jump into today's topic.
‘Let it out and feel light' this phrase i want to describe you. It phrase means different to different person what it means to me i want to share with all of you.
Why is Crying always be define as cowards and weak. People have tear in their eyes easily because going through a very difficult phase of life. Or they when they feel like crying without any reason. When they thought that someone hurt them.
The very first emotion which they feel is crying. But they really cry ? The answer is no because our society pressurized them to not cry. Because the thinking of ‘so cold’ people it can make them weak and people think they have no capacity to face any problem in their life. And start making fun of them and use this as a tool against them.
When we cry in front of people they start judging us without knowing why we are crying and what is the reason behind. they never take a step to ask us why we are crying and what difficulties we are going through which make us crying like this in front of them. Sometime if you just don't ask anything and just be there with them or provide your support for them it is more than enough for them.
People should have to respect those who barely cry in their life and when they cry in front of anyone they should have to think that there have to be some strong reason of their crying. People who hardly cry always cry in front of them who they feel they are close and understand them and never throw any nonsense judgement about them.
I am the person who always cry silently like, that even the person who next to me doesn't know that i am crying. But when something hurt me or some person's hurt I just cry and I am not the person who gets angry easily but I become more sensitive now.
So crying become a helpful thing for me and i am not shy to tell anyone that ‘i cry and let it out and feel light’.
