Are you a person who regrets that the previous decisions were wrong? Are you having a hard time accepting the past? Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally?

Do such thoughts come to mind?

"If I had chosen that job then I would be in a better position now".

"My mind did not say when this marriage proposal first came, but I did not tell it to anyone at home that day".

"I told you this was a course I could not study but no one at home heard it, I had to choose this".

"If I had spoken against them then, they would not have spoken to me today".

The thought of making a mistake in many things, big or small, such as choosing a child's school and choosing a life partner, from not shopping during the offer can cause guilt in the mind.

Not all the decisions we make have to be right. Wrong decisions can lead to a loss of peace of mind and guilt. Not only the wrong decisions, but also the wrong actions and the fact that in some situations nothing is said can make the mind restless later.

This can lead to self-blame and inability to focus on anything else. But it is important to know how far this goes. Does this thought affect the mind badly and lead to depression? It is important to identify whether this depression is leading to depression when it lasts for more than two weeks.

People with different temperaments may think differently at this point. Mistakes can be very stressful for people who feel compelled to think and make decisions in the most accurate way possible. They will always compare themselves with others and always insist that they should be better than others.

But people who are satisfied with what they have are willing to admit such mistakes.

Which of these methods do you follow?  After making a decision, does the person who has made a decision in another way feel overwhelmed by the consequences?

Even if the decision is right, don't you feel satisfied? Ever wondered about lost opportunities in life? Since such thoughts are detrimental to mental health, it is time to change your thinking.
