Today we will talk about the brain and we will discuss how the brain works.  We will also see the parts of the brain. We will take a look at the right brain and left brain and how they are important in human life.

The brain is a central part of our body, it processes all the information, and it gives result and commands to the other parts of the body. The brain contains neurons and these neurons help in commanding, controlling and regulating the body. There are several different- different part of the brain such as the Cerebrum, Cerebellum and Brain stem.  These parts have different functions too. 

To understand the brain's different functions, we divide the brain into two parts: the right brain and the left brain. The right part of the brain helps in understanding creative things and gives a creative idea. People with a strong right brain can have better work performance in designing and creativity, they can work as a fashion designer or some other designing work.

People with a strong left brain have a better logical understanding of things. They can be good at mathematics, science, economics, computer and other subjects. These people can pursue a career in teaching, programming, banking and analyzing. 

The brain takes information as input, analyzes it, for better future prediction. So, it becomes extremely important to understand how to safeguard the brain from the bad or wrong inputs. We always, keep giving inputs to our brain. These inputs are in the form of videos, audios, visuals, text(by reading them).

In order to create a better environment inside the brain, We need to give good input to the brain. These can be done by reading good books, such as Ramayan, Bhagavad Gita, Chaitanya Chartramrit, Mahabharat, Srimad Bhagwatam,  Vedas, Puran, Upanishads, etc. There is a lot of text available in the market which will positively affect our mind. 

While watching videos,  please take care of the content you are watching, check title, language, voice tone, body language, content type, the context of the video, before watching it. After watching the video, analyze the content and ask yourself what have you learned from it, is it going to help you in your betterment? 

Be very conscious of being what you listen to. People around always keep on telling things, these things can be good or bad, analyze everything you listen to. Generally, all the news are full of murder, rape, robbery, criminal cases and case studies. So don't spend much time with them.
