Everybody wants to become fit in their life. People spend a lots of money to become fit in their life. Obesity is the major obstacle in the way of fitness , we need to decrease it and become fit. I know that everyone don't want to take fitness from obesity , someone wants to become fit and healthy by their slim body. To know about the fitness tips , Read this blog up till the end.

4 TIPS OF FITNESS β€” 

The first and the main tip is stay always positive and don't take stress. We do many things to become positive in life like- always think about the good and happy things , don't prejudge anyone , don't become a jealousy person, etcetera. And the way of become stress free is also related to positive thinking like- if we have positive thinking then we definitely think only good things, so our become automatically less. That's why the important and relevant thing is positive thinking , without  it every success is incomplete . We take the help of meditation to create some peaceful life because disturbing life never give us a good and proper mindset.

The second tip is exercise and yoga , the main dominate yoga is Vajrasana . This is mainly doing just after take meal . There are many benefits of these yoga like – fitness , good body posture , healthy body , peaceful life , flexible body , etcetera . Yoga generally do in the fresh air , many people do yoga everyday for different -2 things. But yoga for fitness is the main remedies , Yoga heals the biggest wound. Walking and Running daily is also a part of exercise , which we also do everyday in fresh air . Warm up , we need to do this thing daily. In warm up , we do some easy exercises and mild stretching before dong any physical activity. The warm up activity make the body flexible and cool.

The third tip is sleep, we need to sure that we take a proper , good and complete sleep. Because I see many people , who loses their sleep and take incomplete sleep for taking fresh air. We can't do this wok , because our body also need of rest and sleep give our body full relax and relief.

The fourth tip is consistency and stay motivated . The fitness is also like the exam , if we do the exercise and diet properly and with consistency, we gain good and healthy body , like the good marks in doing hard work for any exam. We need hard work like this we also need smart work , we always stay motivated and achieves their goal with full energy.
