Hello dear friends.in previous blog we seen that the first half of sun salutation in detail. 

In this blog we gonna see the next half of sun salutation properly.

We know the benifit of sun salutation.it is a best excercise for brain and also weight loss.by doing this on  sunrise time is best source of vitamin D for our body

Step 7:
Cobra Pose - Bhujangasana

Execution:

Slide forward and lift your chest into Cobra Pose.
Bend and lock your elbows in this pose.
Keep your shoulders away from your ears.
Please look up slowly.
Yoga Stretch Deepening Tip:

Inhale and push your chest forward with moderate pressure.
As you exhale, press down on your navel slightly.
Put your toes down.
Stretch as much as possible and try not to exceed your body's limits.
Step 8:
Mountain Pose – Parvathasana

Execution:

Exhale and lift your hips and tailbone.
Lower your chest to create an inverted V pose.
Yoga Stretch Deepening Tip:

Keep your heels on the floor as much as possible.
Lift your tailbone moderately.
Gradually deepen the stretch.
Step 9:
Horseman Pose - Ashwa Sancharanasana

Practice:

Inhale and bring your right foot forward between your hands.
Place your left knee on the floor.
Sit down and look up.
Yoga Stretch Deepening Tip:

Place your right foot between your hands.
Make sure the right calf is perpendicular to the floor.
A moderate amount of force is required to push the buttocks down toward the floor to deepen the yoga stretch.
Step 10:
Limb Pose - Hasta Padasana

Execution:

Exhale and bring your left leg forward.
Please put your palms on the floor.
You can bend your knees if you feel uncomfortable.
Yoga Stretch Deepening Tip:

Gently straighten your knees. If possible, try to bring your nose closer to your knees.
Please keep breathing.
Step Eleven:
Arm Raise Pose - Hasta Uttanasana

Execution:

Inhale and curl your spine upward.
Raise your hand and bend it slightly back.
Push the hips out slightly.
Yoga Stretch Deepening Tip:

Make sure your biceps are close to your ears.
Instead of stretching backwards, try stretching upwards.
Step 12:
Standing Mountain – Tadasana

Practice:

Exhale and straighten your body first.
Lower your arms.
Yoga Deepening Stretch Tip:

Relax with this yoga pose.
Observe the sensations that Sun Salutation creates in your body.
Finally, lie down and relax your whole body with Yoga Nidra. Your body needs time to acclimate to the effects of the sun salutation stretches.
