½ teaspoon cumin seed
3 tablespoon ghee ( or generous amount)
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
10 whole black pepper
7-8 dry kashmir red chilies
3-4 hot red chillies (or to your heat preference)
1 inch ginger
1 onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
