2. To keep yourself busy at home
Do some new things like changing the layout of the house. Take sunlight in the morning. Conduct a book reading session by making readout summaries, conference call, or video conferences from phone to your friend/book. Enhance your creativity, enjoy indoor games, improve your eating habits. Eat nutritious food as much as possible. This is a wonderful time to create healthy habits. Make a list of tasks each day so that you will be satisfied with achieving the goal.
3. Keep yourself physically healthy
Exercise, walk, or do yoga for at least 15 minutes every day. Plan throughout the day and work accordingly. Write down in the diary what you ate throughout the day, how much water you drank, whether you exercised, how many hours you worked, and how much time you gave to your hobby. Evaluate daily or once a week. You know where the mistake is going. It motivates you to bring about positive changes in yourself and to be more active.

We could not fulfill due to our busy schedule. In such a situation, to divert yourself from negative things, your hobbies like gardening, cooking, painting, learning an instrument, writing an online blog can learn anything. Learning teaches you new skills, but it also helps to keep your focus on the gift positive.
5. Believe that the corona is a serious and important problem
But you and I are not the only ones around it. Today everyone is struggling with this problem. Try to talk to those around you and reassure them that this is the wrong time and that it will gradually pass. When you explain something to someone or want to help others, courage grows in you. Therefore, during this challenge, think and do anything for the community, for the people around you. For example, helping someone with money, arranging some food and drink for someone, and so on. By doing this, you will relax, and the negativity will disappear.
6. Turn your brain towards positivity
Take the help of good visuals. Look at your old photos and share your experiences from that photo time with the little ones or children at home. You can record your achievements and related practices over the years. This way, if you change these little habits, you will change in just two weeks, and you will be more mentally fit than ever before. Good days are and will be, trust me.
