It is not easy to get along. I find it difficult to write enough. When I started this exercise, I realized that the daily routine of writing on Medium was good for my brain. Just as I have to work on my current muscles, I also need to use my muscles to write. I wake up in the middle of the night with thoughts and dreams about writing. I had a job- even though no one was reading this, I was responsible for it.
But …. as I said I have problems. The fight is not over: that's when I start to wonder “why” I have a problem.
As I write this, I am wondering why “why”. I have to make money, I have to build my business and I have to write articles for magazines and newspapers and articles on the Meaning - where I can get a chance to pay. It takes time and writing every day, even good advice can take away from me valuable time that I can use to showcase and work on my business. I'm currently thinking about changing my commitment and instead of constantly publishing it on Daily Mean, I will write a consensus ( with the goal of earning). I don't care, but it happens. As for the record, I am not one of the writers who can tell you how I made $30,000 a week writing on average!
are you a runner Regular training will increase your race time
Get back into balance. It is one of the key elements of a successful business, sport, and social life. As a runner, I know that when I get to the weekend and finish a long run on a Sunday, I have to get up again on Monday and do it again. Being balanced is tedious and, as I have already written about running, consistency is not about satisfaction and speed, it is about finding a coach and doing it.
Unity and perfection do not usually work in the home, repetition is very important. James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, puts it well: Here's the math: If you can improve by 1% every day for a year, you'll be thirty-seven better off when you're done. On the other hand, if you increase your risk by 1% every day for a year, you will decrease to zero. It starts as a small win or a small victory a big thing.
