Food Is Underrated💁‍♀️

We all ease, soothe and comfort ourselves through hardships differently. Food has always been my escape. To be more accurate It was my mood maker.

In a dynamic society we often forget to appreciate the food we get to have and when I say food am not talking about just fast food or instant microwave packets, am talking about the traditional and cultural cooking that was passed onto us.

We have become picky eaters and have the audacity to complain while many don't have the luxury to afford 3 meals per day. When you start to appreciate the meal you've been given, instead of stuffing your face learn to take a moment and enjoy your food thoroughly.

The dessert country Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 which I visited earlier had really melted me with the delicious food. The food if to be described in words would be comforting, savory and welcoming.

The dishes are aesthetic and simple. You can never go wrong with Arabian meat 🍖 dishes, they are stunning and they have been my favorite to an extent that I wanted to move to the country. Although my stay was short  the country has impressed me with its flavourful and rich taste of dishes.

My visit to India 🇮🇳 land of cultures was another eye opening moment of my life. The food could be described as colorful, appetizing and flavourful.

From street food to traditional food the vast choices of items for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians made it best of both worlds. Indians sure know well to use the spices in the best way possible. The food is bright and balanced. The creamy curries with roti and the biryanis has left me dumbfounded with the creation that we humans are capable of.

Even after all this I still feel sorry for myself to have so many more cuisines and places to try food from as I for sure know I can bet on food and I'll always win as it never fails to go beyond my expectations. The different customs and cultures throughout the world leaves us at an advantage of endless options.

But there's one thing that I guess at the end of day beats every top tier restaurant and five star chefs and that I can 100% guarantee everyone would totally die for is any dish  that's been made by a mother with love for her child.
