Is Fitness Necessary !

I discuss this with my story that when i was of 15 my weight is usually 40 kg and i am too week at that time most of students in the school use to make tease .

so from that instant i decided to start gym so in 2020 I started gym and now result is on your screen .

so if any body who want to be beat the challenge against their age group .

so they an ask me any of the problem which they face in their life.

HEALTH IS DEPEND ON DIET

Health is also matter what can you can eat in your daily schedule for be healthy you should drink 7-8 glass of water in a day ……………………………………..

A who is doing body building he should eat more than a daily person diet.

We should drink milk daily and eat fruits eats daily.

By the logical condition our body parts are trained as to consumes these types of food fast and make us comfortable with them .

so by the mind we have to prepare to do exercise daily .

IS FITNESS AND HEALTH ARE INTER RELATED 

 

Yes , fitness and health are inter related as you can because if your fitness is good so definetly your health is good.

Our mind also depend on our health that if your mind is good and not divert so you also do best in your exams for that you should be do meditation as per your requirement .

 

IS OVER WEIGHT A PROBLEM?

Yes , over weight is bigger problem than a weak person , a weak person can do many things on the basis of running , jumping ,swimming , and may other types of sports    but a over weight person can not do nothing as like week person .

SO , if you want achive something in life you should do do exercise on daily basis as wake up early in the morning and do regular practice .

you may join  gym  , or do practice at home 

But i notice that most of the people problem is that they do not wake up early and are addicted to use phone till 3 am in night .

so most of us think that there should not happen anything like healthy 

so i clearly suggest you that please try to do exercise daily and be regular in the activities that you are doing .
