The Bondage To The Refuge

It was Agarwal who had given refuge to his family and his family in a language unknown to the villagers.  It is unjust to stone a well-to-do husband, Mananavi, and a ten-year-old boy for thirty days a month for fifty rupees.  It is a wild area where no privilege, no facility, no section of labor welfare laws is accessible.

You have to work thirty days a month from dawn until dark.  Sweating and working out for at least twelve hours a day is unavoidable.  There is no time limit.  The total monthly salary of the family has not exceeded fifty rupees since they came there for the last three years, no matter how high the price has gone up in the country and how little the money has fallen.

Not only their families, but also some other families who had migrated from Andhra Pradesh and Bihar were thus stoned to death for years for their meager income.  These illiterate handicraftsmen are for themselves, their development and rehabilitation

It is not fair to be aware of the plans and financial allocations that are being put in place.  They lived in bondage without knowing that they were slaves to someone.  It is not uncommon to be enslaved like that continuously for years.

They are neither firm nor frozen.  He who does not understand that we are slaves does not understand the need to be free.  Only those who understand the difficulties and tragedies of slavery can understand the comforts and pleasures of freedom.

He did not even understand that he was addicted to asylum;  Never seemed to want to be free.  In fact, he and those who belong to him do not know what it means to be free.  Agarwal never allowed them to know it all.

Huts could be set up for free on the outlying land on that rocky hillside.  The huge desert on the side allowed the firewood to burn.  Vegetable greens were able to be cultivated.

Contractor Agarwal was making a fortune by loading the broken gravel into trucks to Bhopal, Indore and Gwalior.

Agarwal's profits continued to rise as concrete buildings, multi-storey buildings and cement civilization flourished in the cities.  Agarwal had developed it into a profitable business with almost no start.  If ten jeeps and a few lakh rupees are donated to the ruling party during the election, the next five Agarwal had known for years that he could make money without worries.
