2 everywhere nowadays we see people saying we should exercise we should always be physically active and yes this habit entirely changed my life the time was there when I don't even take a glass of water by geting up I was having a lot disease but when I start exercising it improved me alot I cured many disease like thyroid without medicine just by exercising

When we read we get idea of speaking when we listen we know what the actual topic is and then when we speak it feels like confidence is on head dancing with grace. At the age of 17 I have a lot of hobbies like playing football,chess,playing guitar,flute, piano with a good singing skill and dancing skill and trust me these things actually makes you happy without distracting you from your actual goals.i managed these all with my academics work by giving equal value to all

5 spending time with family instead of using phone.see nowadays peoples are so obsessed with short term video which result as the long video don't get like as much as the short one gets.these all are just making us lazy,irritable,and giving us alot mental problems.using it for work or for important purpose is ok but using it for entire time is not good when we spend time with our family it feels good.develop a thing today that we will say no to mobile phone for 1 day in a week and we will spend atleast 1-2 hrs with our family .
