Maggi: Instant helper, Favorite, Delicious, Easy to Cook and Quenches Hunger every time when mom is not at home. If you don't have mom at home but a packet of maggi at home it will take away all your hunger. I think most of us do this thing. I used to have maggi in rainy weather with a hot cup of tea, enjoying those little rain drops on the leaves in my balcony. Even right now while writing I am craving for the same.
Look at these maggi plates. During hostel times I think most of you have cooked maggi in mid night in your kettle and shared with your room partner with lots of gossips. This is seriously a relaxing activity.
I have few dishes in my list that I use to prepare when my mom is not at home. And those dishes I found simple and easy. Let's have glimpse what I usually prepare to quench my hunger.
MACRONI: We all know how to prepare macroni, but for me it satisfies my hunger when I have no options left for what should I cook. In normal tadka I usually add few veggies like- finely chopped carrots, capsicum and one spoon sugar. After adding macroni to it I add one tablespoon Mayoneese and mixing it well. When it is prepared add some dry fengugreek for garnishing.
JEERA ALLOO: I found jeera alloo so tasty. You can have it with curd or chapati. For preparing add some oil and when it's get heated add cumin seeds and coriander. Add some ginger pieces to it also. Now add your washed alloo to mixture and add spices as per your taste. It will take 10-15 mins to cook. For more taste you can add Amchoor powder on top.
