Different Roles Of A Contributor
Let's talk about each role in detail to understand how a contributor increases their potential and justifies each role.
1. Role as a Student:
- As a student one can contribute in various forms like doing in-depth study instead of superficial study. With in-depth study one, can understand again the knowledge in the real sense and use it for the betterment of society.
- As a student when he emphasizes the quality of the work or projects the takes him to learn new things also considered an important contribution to society.
- A contributor student put all his hard work to achieve goals and success.
- A non-contributory student does not like challenges so he finds things boring or difficult and he drops the task at the early or intermediate stage.
2. Role as an Employee:
- As an employee one can expand its contribution by initiate work. By loving the work by discovering happiness in his task as well as in finding new challenges and convert them into opportunities and provide quality work to the organization.
- Let's understand with an example. Some people at of workplace used to follow instruction and do nothing extra for adding on or enhancing quality whereas only a few people are like this that they not only follow the instruction of boss but also putting their own efforts to enhance the quality of the work and make it better. Later are known as contributors.
3. Role as a Manager/Leader:
- In a managerial role, one can contribute as much as he can do good to himself along with his team maters, superiors subordinates customers, and organization.
- In short, he wants to walk on success path will all persons surrounding him.
4. Role as a mentor:
- As a mentor role they develop behavioral trust they fulfill and maintain the faith of another person in them they always involve in this behavioral trust environment and due to this they always guide their subordinates in the right direction.
- They always develop and follow trust in their words actions communication.
- They follow a code of conduct they set expectations and do all necessary actions to meet the expectations.
- They always fulfill their promises and in all these manners one can become a good mentor in form of a contributor.
5. Role as a responsible member of society:
- As a responsible member of society one has to work for the welfare of society bringing up change in the society.
- This type of contributor person believes in a common good approach.
- The common good approach considers all individuals as a part of the large community as a whole. And want to do and spread goodness to all the society/community/world.
6. Role as a Contributor:
- As a role of contributor one has to focus on value willingness and build/extend the capacity to find solutions.
- Along with it to be a contributor one has to practice all the above-mentioned points and implement them in their life.
