Valli was an 8 years old girl . She was a meticulous girl. Her favourite past time was to stand near the doorway and watch the scenes of the street. She had no playmates of her age . Her mother is not so caring of her. 

She developed a strong desire to travel in the bus that passed her street every 1 hour. She collected information from her neighbourhoods and the frequent travellers. The fare for 1 way of bus was 30 paise and it goes to the nearest town and return back to her street. The whole journey takes 45 mins to travel.

For her 30 paise is a high money. That she saved it by sacrificing her temptation for joy,roller coaster rounds , food ,etc.Finally she saved it. And she planned a timing to travel in the bus . She ought to not caught by her mother. So she planned the timing according to her mom's sleeping time or resting time.

When the bus arrived , she stopped the bus and the conductor gave his hands for helping her to climb the bus but she refused. And her mature behaviour made the conductor call her as madam. She enjoyed her bus journey. She saw the blue sky, green valleys, tress, thorny bushes,deep ditches ,etc. She clapped and jumper over the seat.

A man who is concerned of her asked her to sit in the seat. But she refused. And the conductor mocked at her. That made her feel shy. 

A old lady who chews betel leaves was not liked by her. She say near her. She scared that her betel juice would spray out of her mouth. 

On her way , she saw a cow roaming or wandering here and there. The cow was frightened by the vehicles . The bus horned. The scene of cow made her happy. She reached the town. 

The conductor asked her to have a juice and come. But she refused . As she had only the bus fare and she was frightened to go. The conductor was shocked.

On her way back, she saw the same wandered cow dead. This scene made her felt sad and made her to understand the truth of life.
