Healthy Or Fit

Hey, hello to all who are reading this. Well we are want to be healthy and fit , but do you  know being healthy or being fit both are different?

Let say , you are overweight but you can run or workout more than a person who is on ideal body weight . So this can say that you are fit but not healthy . Talking about being healthy includes  NO MEDICATION , HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT , ENERGETIC , FRESH FEELING ,REGULAR DETOXIFICATION and POSITIVE THOUGHTS.

That's how we can say if we are healthy or fit or both .

Many of us are working for our health but many are not. Your health is your priority not anyone else's . You have to work for it . 

Now let me share some easy points to check on yourself whether you need to focus on yourself or not.

1.You are a morning person : you wake up early without snoozing .

2.You exercise daily : its your good habit to exercise because you feel happy not burden.

3.You have regular breakfast : because you wake up on time ,you feed yourself with good protein rich breakfast after exercise.

4.You always share positivity : no matter what situation it is you always remain positive and handle things calmly.

5. You have free time : finding time for friends and family is very important and you do it on daily basis.

There are many more points but for now these are enough . Go through these and check  where are you pushing yourself back. I think many of us say that these are not so important , but let me tell you your physical health totally depends on your mental health and these are definitely required to maintain one.

I have met many people who got great changes by doing these simple things . And you know what  “SMALL HABITS CREATE BIG RESULTS”.

Do something for yourself , find time for what you love and you will see that there are much more changed . May be you love to dance, sing, paint, doing gardening or whatever it is just do it daily for some time . It can be for half or one hour , but do it . It's for your hobby , your mental health and happiness.
