Hi everyone welcome to my another blog I hope you enjoying todays day in this blog today we will discuss how to get good sleep through the architectural science(vastu shastra) good sleep is good for both health and mind In case if you dont get good sleep then that person would remain surrounded by many problems so therefore the poistioning of your bedroom is also consider important so first and the foremost thing is the bedroom is the window so that there should be is a proper sufficient air and circulation of air in the bedroom should be in the right direction to derive the positive energy and also have the energy to tackle the challenges which may emerge during the day. All these things only possible when you place your bed in the right direction the placement of bed should be on the north west side of the house moreover the Windows position should be on the east or south side then the energy flows from north west to east or south side
But here we talking about how to get a good sleep in fact if you sleep towards the south or east side means when you lie in bed your head is pointing towards the south and your legs pointing towards north sleeping in east side is also considered beneficial then YOU have to place your head should be pointing towards east and the best part is that sleeping in east or south direction gives you immense wealth and good health with all the postive vibes and energy around you and enjoy the complete peace with your sleep and moreover some people believe that if you are struggling with your health it helps to overcome your health issues because the energy in the room moves towards the north west to east south side
Many students most of the time facing this problem where they should pointed their head in which direction so for those students they should sleep in the east direction so that direction of rising sun help them not only to gain extra knowledge but also help them to retain the knowledge for a longer period of time and also rejuvenate them to prepare for their day. Head and feet are really important in sleeping make sure you make correct posture while having a sleep a wrong posture of can affect your sleep. Sleeping in west direction is not a recommended a good direction to sleep. However it may beneficial some people to achieve success.
