The End Of Manliness - Why Testosterone Is So Low In Men Now?

What do you know about testosterone? What does it do to our body. Testosterone is what keeping us a man.

When you think about testosterone, what comes your mind first? Aggressive, impatient,macho men, violence etc? Testosterones role in bad behaviour is a myth. Testosterone Play an important role in our health and diseases that may surprise you. Did you know that the stone is a key player in prostate cancer. It is not only a sex hormone but also have many roles in our body. Let's look at some of it.

  1. The development of penis and testis
  2. The deepening of voice during puberty
  3. Hair growth in face and body
  4. Muscle growth
  5. Sex drive
  6. Sperm production

The problem is that the men today are not men. There don't have enough testosterone to be a man. In 1950, the testestrone level in men have been dropping up to 1% a year. It's what scaring us, a man with Low testosterone will be docile in comparison to a man with a healthy level. They will have much worse memory,lower sex drive and small muscle mass.

Testosterone in women helps in fat loss and mental function. Low testosterone in men make him obese, depressed and even suicidal. Man of today are weaker,slower and less intelligent compared to early 1950. The reason for it is low testosterone.

After you are at this Blog it's time to change it. The first step for reversing our test restaurant is to figure out what causing such a rapid decrease.

  1. FOOD - the first upon the list is our diet. The food we eat today in the modern world is processed, pre packaged and very unhealthy. This kind of non natural food is lack in many important micronutrients and contain harmful chemicals that can inhibit the testestrone production. Organic food like eggs, fish , pomegranate vegetable and vitamins like vitamin D,C and magnesium helps in reverse the decrease in testosterone facing men today.
  2. SLEEP - normally testerone production decreases after eating,It means that constant snaking is bad for your testosterone level. Sleep is an important factor in testosterone production. Several studies show that the testestrone level in men are about 60% higher in that get a higher amount of sleep compared to those who do not.
  3. PLASTIC - the next reason for low testosterone is plastic. Plastic often contains xenoestrogens. These xenoestrogens are everywhere in food colouring, industrial products, plastic tubing, clothing etc. Xenoestrogens effect your body as hormones. It causes for more estrogen production. When your body starts producing more Estrogen, it often stocks producing a much testosterone. It can also increase inflammation in muscle and joints and can cause your body to gain fat. We can replace this plastic effects by drinking out of metal or glass containers. Also avoid food that are over processed and plastic wrapped.
  4. EXERCISE AND FITNESS-  our body is meant to constantly move. Today, most of men are spending their time sitting at a desk, working and going home. God doesn't make men to just eat,sleep, sit and text. If you can't do any hard job, just start by simple walk and jogging. Lifting weights for men has been seen to increase in testosterone levels in several studies between 10 to 25 percentage.
  5. PORNOGRAPHY AND MASTURBATION -  according to several studies people who stopped masturbation for a week found a significant increase of about 150 percentage in the testosterone level. Another studies found that frequent masturbation can lower androgen receptor in brain.

CONCLUSION

At last 10 years, manliness in men are pathetic. men are  made to lead, protect, and standup for what's right. So be a man, if you feel like you can't maybe it's time for you to increase the testosterone level.
