We know that the ultra violet rays which are derived from the sun are very harmful to our health. Now how did the radiated ultraviolet rays haved plays an crucial role in human life.

According to the meteorologists  the strength of the ultra violet rays effect on our health by several factors:

The ultra violet rays radiated from the sun between morning of the day upto the ending of the day during this time the ultraviolet rays become the highest electromagnetic energy is released from the sun.

During spring and summer days most of the ultra violet rays has derived from the sun and the rays that goes further from the equator.

These electromagnetic radiation waves has reached on the ground surface level of the earth with high elevations.

The UV radiation rays get reflected off to the surfaces it means that the radiated waves that reflected from the sun begins to bounce off to the surfaces and effect on the water snow and sand even pavement on the grass that increase its energy.

In the upper atmosphere some of the UV radiation rays has been generated that lead to cause depletion of ozone layer by emissions of greenhouse gases.

While on the other hand, the benefits of the ultra violet rays has been  directly comes from the vitamin D it improves your health, it helps to strengthen your bones of the  body and positively affects the immune system of your body. It helps to get rid of some health disorders such as protect against causing colon  cancers.

People who consuming vitamin D directly from the sun that helps to regulate your body. This made when the electromagnetic radiation of the UVB comes in contact with a chemical compound of your skin called  dyhydro-cholesterol in the skin.

While the best UV radiation rays to absorb vitamin D those rays which has been passed away between the wavelength of 270 to 300 nm. When the angle of sun reaches above the sea level greater than 45° above the horizon then it produces the occurrence of the vitamin D. People can able to absorb vitamin D starting from the beginning of the day morning 10 am upto the ending of the day 4pm but when the sun reaches above your head it produces maximum amount of vitamin D and that only happen during summer months.

New researchers also identified that at the angle of 30° as low as of the sun produces vitamin D and in the winter season the amount of vitamin D adequate by the people is relatively low because of high cooling temperature so that the best season to absorb vitamin D is the month of summer so that in this way the UVB electromagnetic radiated waves somehow produced vitamin D those are helpful for us.
