Autumn: Orange Happiness Or Sad Blues?!

Autumn ! A beautiful time to spark different feelings. Isn't it?

Clear blue skies, flowers, festive season and the shades of orange jn different parts of the globe๐Ÿ

Autumn looks and feels amazing !!

Autumn sparks different feelings. For some it sparks the festive mood, while for others it triggers romance. Again, for some autumn brings in excitement while few (actually most๐Ÿ˜‰) become too lazy to feel any of these feelings ! ๐Ÿ˜ถ

I would now like to tell you about this bizarre community of humans who fall into each of these categories. This community specifically is known as 'OVER THINKERS' ( I belong to this community. Keep no doubts about that!)

Many (read most) of you do belong to this community. I can understand how you have thought and scribbled, again thought and again scribbled and finally reached this platform where you find people from the same community!

Yes. The Overthinkers! A specific type of sapien who love thinking. That's the simplest definition I can give.

These beings think to the point where they create imaginary sadness, fear, frustration, irritation, and what not!

Overthinkers are basically introverts or ambiverts. We think think and think but do not speak much. Everything stays within us. We create. We create worries and confusion!!

Now you must be thinking what does autumn have to do with this?!

Well, I have said you, this community feels everything that autumn triggers, at once, ultimately remaining in an utter state of confusion, turning joyous orange into sadder blues. 

They are sad and excited, frustrated and irritated but quiet ! It's a chaos !

Adding to this, autumn makes us think whether to switch on the fan or switch it off. Days pass between the tik-toks of the fan switch. Even the weather becomes confusing! Not Fair !

We have built boxes since time immemorial. We have been the lone wolf, basking in solitude. But there comes a time, when this isolation makes us battle ourselves. By being quiet we harm no one. But as we keep thinking, building up these worries, we harm ourselves.

Won't you agree? I know few will. 

Overthinkers are like this by nature. I, myself, being one of you, can understand how it feels. But trust me you can overcome this. May be not entirely, but to a great extent.

 - Writing helps ! So write. Anything you think. Write.

 - Meditation helps too! It's difficult initially but you will be able to        calm down once you practice for sometime.

 - Listen to music ! Do not think. Listen. Simply listen.

 - Seek nature ! Spend time in nature. Look outside. Look up, at the clear sky (remember, its autumn !)

 - Read. Read whatever you like. Get inside that imaginary world.

 - Watch movies or web series that makes you feel better !

So, here you have some handy tips. Work it out. Practice. Breathe and let go ! Your colourful minds deserve rest !
