                We as a human being must have experienced an emotion called fear. Fear is nothing but a state of mind being fearful on something. This feeling of state differs from person to person as some might handle it easily and some might not take it light which often end up in severe trauma. A person who overcomes fear easily or in difficulty is called as courageous.

Fearful emotions gives you low energy and lot of negativity in life. We usually experience fear by perceiving a forthcoming threat. It is paralyzing and limits us from achieving our goals in life. Our decision-making gets clouded, views get distorted and our self-Confidence takes a dip.

For instance, if we fear about someone then what happens is that our heart starts pounding harder and physically we will feel the coldness as we await the presence of the person we fear. What happens if we let fear overtake us all the time? It will leave us feeling doomed with a very low mental state which will impact on our mental and physical health as well as our lifestyle.

WHAT IS FEAR??!!!

Fear is nothing but a physiological and biological defence system. It is something which is used to bring our attention to something that might harm us. Hence, we should all try to face our fears instead of running away from it or ignoring it inorder to achieve a higher state in our life.

Do you know what happens to our body when we face fear??!! Your fear rises and releases Adrenaline in our body which is called flight or fight response.This response plays a vital role in our life to achieve the goals.

When you fear of losing something in your life or you fear that you cannot achieve something that you want to have in your life then you will be fighting for it with your potential in order to achieve your dreams.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR??!!

If you have a goal and you fear of reaching it then ignite the fear in you and use it to achieve your dreams.

A person with no goals and dreams or a person who accepts the moment and had no expectations will have no fear. Another way of facing the fear is to accept it. Once you accept the fear then the fear cannot frighten you at any circumstances.

FEAR IS IMPERISHABLE!!!

Diverting your mind from fear doesn't work out normally because the fear in you remains same as there are no changes in the status of your mind. So diverting doesn't help much in overcoming the fear.

Two things that helps to overcome and disappear fear. Working hard on the matter of fear or accept the fear which frightens you because it is nothing but a negative form of energy. It is an energy that can create or destroy us. So understand fear as a much needed vital support in human life to move forward in life.

Even successful and famous people also had the fire of fear in them but they did not choose to restrain themselves from catching up their dreams, aims and goals. They instead chose to raise themselves to face the fear with courage.

Fear of failure is the most common fear among the people which grasp and detain us from having the best of the world mentally and physically. Each and every human possess some kind of talent in them but what stops most of the people to discover the best in them? It the fear that holds and pulls away from discovering the hidden gem in you!

FIGHT BACK AND RISE TO CONQUER FEAR!

When you accept the feeling of fear then suddenly you will start to notice that the fear has vanished bit by bit. So take the feeling of fear fear in a positive aspect and ignite the flame of fear to burn the darkness and reach the high bright sky!

WHEN YOU NO LONGER FEAR YOURSELF, 

THEN YOU NO LONGER FEAR ANYTHING!
