Followed by a hectic day, Give your body and mind a relaxing pamper session at home.It will calm you down.Here are some ideas I’m giving you to make it more aesthetic.
It all starts in your mind
Take a deep breath,just relax.This is your ‘me’time. Lit some scented candles to spread the aroma of positivity.you need to pay attention to your whole body and mind to repair and rejoice.
Organise your room
I know what you are thinking.it’s about pamper routine right? Oh, yes!But try this.when your room is arranged and organised, it gives some kind of productive vibes.If you want ,then change the bed covers ,arrange your table or vacuum the floor. Now it’s all clean and neat.
Hot Bath
Dipping yourself inside the hot tub or taking hot shower is mandatory to relieve from stress and it makes you feel light. Use your favourite essential oil or fragrant bathing products.
Hair care
This is the perfect time for your hair to be paid attention.Apply a hair mask or give your hair a good oil massage and leave it for sometime.Wash your hair nicely with your shampoo and use conditioner to avoid frizz.Now it’s clean and smells fresh.
Skincare
Lets dive into trendy topic.Skincare.Try out your favourite facial or modify your ingredients if you want to solve any personal skincare problems.I’m including one of my personal favourite mixture to try out on your skin. Take the ingredients,
Gramflour (besan) -3 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Rosepetals powder -1tsp (optional)
Olive oil -2 tsp
Mix all the ingredi adding little water.Apply this and rub it on your body and face gently.Massage it in circular motion.wash it off in warm water.your skin will feel buttery soft and glowing.Try it and let me know.
Extra care
Coming out from the bath , blot yourself dry and apply moisturiser and feel your plumped skin.Get on with your comfy clothes.Apply deodorant if you like.Concentrating your face , apply a serum of your choice and massage it gently. Scrub your lips with sugar and honey or coconut oil. Coat your lip balm.(you can scrub in while you are showering).
Doing things that you like
Having a cup of coffee,writing a journal or doing some of your favourite hobbies like writing, reading or you try a new recipe etc.Doing things you like will keep you motivated . Include praying or meditating which feels very positive.Enjoy your self pamper session.
