The name "Laughtale" comes from the fact that the discoverer of the island, the Pirate King Gol D. Roger, found the One Piece treasure and laughed joyously before his execution. And no one will dare to go near the time when aqualacuna appear.

Don't you think it's the best place to hide a treasure.

If you didn't notice the people in this island are streching themselves because the effect of previous awakening power of joyboy.
