Today my another blog is about the anger and how to control .. first of all anger is an biggest problem in humans because this anger is common to all persons.its start from babies to older person .the person get angry that time he loose here self control and also loose here good name in others point of views.
And also anger is an weakness but the people are think about anger it's a strength it actually is the person who cannot display the here anger it has more a inner strength then one who displays it. For example if a sparks start you on fire you burn and also burns others it's hurt not only you all person to hurt so we able to control the anger.
How can control this anger and manage it. In these anger some management techniques you will become free from the bondage of the anger you can get a anger or whether its just happens? It will just happens it's an effect how can you stop the effect.its effect like an exams results we cannot change our examination results. so please clam down yourself that time. We get anger what will happen in our body. Our body can produce a adrenaline,your muscles could be tighten and your heart rate will be increase and blood pressure also increase you cannot control yourself and anger is create problem only not a healthy one create in your body. Some causes should be to people get angry that are many common trigger for the anger such as losing ur patience. And another one causes is anger include memories of taruematics or eneraging event and worried about some personal problems.
It have three methods to have control and manage our anger that's are.
1 - Expression
2 - suppression.
3 - Calming down.
Its an act of convey your anger. Its an range from a reasonable relational of showing discuss to a violent outburst so you can control with your expression.
It's an attempt to hold the anger yourself and possibly convert it and to the more conservative behaviour.incase you turn to your anger suppress it from inward your passive or aggressive behaviour.
It's a when you control from outward behaviour and internal responses from yours by calming yourself and letting your feeling of subsides.
