HRIDHAYAM is a classic romantic movie. The main characters in the movie is Arun(Pranav Mohanlal) Nithya (Kalyani Priyadarshan) Darshana (Darshana Rajendran) . The film starting with Arun going to Chennai for studying . From the travelling he got a friend Antony who was studying in the same class of Arun.Arun was a hosteller. The seniors in the College ragged Antony and Arun. They were ragged severely. When he was in the College he unexpectedly seen Darshana one of the main character. At the first view Darshana was singing a song with her friends. Arun fell love at first sight at Darshana. Suddenly Arun met her. A random day there is a program in  their college. Darshana was give her name for singing a song but his friends who was agreed to sing with her didn't arrive there. So Arun accompanied her. At that moment Darshana feel crush towards him. And Arun proposed her and she accepted it.

               This proposal and the remaining sequences are visualizating in song “DARSHANA” . One day Arun and Antony visited a park with them Antony's two friends also accompanied. The two friends were ladies. But Arun didn't know about them. One girl went with Antony and the other one is with Arun. Darshana caught it. And Darshana become angry with him. They become enemies. Darshana looks for another relationship. After this breakup Arun is mentally depressed and company with worst friends. He become acoholic . Days passed Arun realised his bad friendship and addiction in alcohol. He become a new man .He has failed in many exams and Antony also. To overcome from this Arun make a friendship with Selvam who is a scholar in Arun's class . He get help from Selvam. Selvam has helped lots of students in his class to pass their exams. At that time Darshana get breakup from her new boyfriend. With the help of Selvam, Arun qualified the exams. At that day Selvam was dead by a bus accident. Arun, Antony and all their friends become sad.Days passed, the last day in that college in Arun's life was over and when he go back to his house Darshana arrived at the railway station and hugged Arun and cried hardly.

YEARS PASSED..

       Now Darshana becomes a youtuber and Arun become a traveller. When Arun was travelling he met Jimmy (Aju Varghese) Jimmy saw Arun's photography of his travelling.Jimmy saw Arun's photography of his travelling. Jimmy was impressed and ask him to work with him. Jimmy runs a studio. At their work Arun saw Nithya .And he become love with Nithya. Nithya also feels some love with Arun. And they decided to marry. Nithya forced her parents to allow the marriage with Arun. Nithya's parents become convinced. And they become married and led a beautiful life including small fights also. At that time Darshana also decided to marry .But that time also Arun is inside Darshana's mind. Darshana feels guilty to breakup with Arun. And she overcome from it and married.At that time Nithya become pregnant and Arun get a baby boy. And he named him as Selvam. And they both led a beautiful Life with there child
