Why is the comparison of women with men more dangerous with alcohol? According to these reports, the health risks such as liver and heart disease and infertility for women are most affected than men. Because on an average women weigh less than men. Also women's bodies consume more alcohol and attain higher blood alcohol concentrations than men who drink that very same amount.

According to recent studies, drinking alcohol may put women at a higher risk than men for long-term health issues with a higher potential impact. However, the immediate caused by alcohol use and mishandling can be severe. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, so it's important to understand how drinking alcohol can increase the chances of getting it says WHO (World Health Organization) Alcohol should be avoided entirely by certain people, such as those who are pregnant or may become pregnant. It effect on the foetus. The risk of infant death rises as well. Women who consume more than 15 drinks per week are at a higher risk of developing mental illnesses, specifically depression and anxiety. Women who drink excessively are more likely to become dehydrated, which can cause vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, excessive sweating, and skin harm. Meanwhile, fat helps to preserve alcohol, while water aids in its dispersal.

We lose muscle as we grow older. Particularly in women after menopause. Drinking a lot of alcohol will worsen the situation. In any case, the effects of alcohol can be obtained by much healthier practises like exercise. Go ahead and just have a couple of glasses with dinner.
