Some Tips To Lead A Healthier, Happier And More Peaceful Life
Its not always possible to lead a healthy , prosperous and peaceful life. This had lead me to ask a question as to what can make us achieve these three things in life. If these three words had no meaning or existence then we would not have discovered these words.
So there is definitely some people who have experienced these three things in their lifetime. If not completely then at least neat to them.
I have some experiences which are not all my self experiences, some I have managed to get from my known people. So what I could summarize is that
- People who have less expectation are relatively happy people. Now that's a big thing to say. How can we not have expectation? Its not that ,you cannot have expectation. Its only that, we should not disturb our mental peace even if we don't get everything that we expect to get. Sometimes we have to let go certain things and start fresh . This definitely leads us to a healthy state of mind.
- Physical fitness is one of the most important thing that can lead us to a great life. I have my very own experiences in this matter. There was a time when I lead a very sedentary life . I never used to go out much, never used to exercise, I used to eat whatever I liked, I never used to chat with people and many such things to add. I didn't get any success in my life then. But when i started concentrating on my physical fitness , life changed drastically. I started leading a relaxing and active and successful live after this.
- eating habit is another thing that can change our lives to a great extent. If we take regular meals in a proper amount and avoid junk food , its definitely the most right choice. Eating lesser than our maximum intake capacity, drinking water frequently, avoiding outside and street food, chewing our food while eating, not chatting or watching TV while eating can really change our life for the better.
- Taking responsibilities of our household, work, children, parents , neighbors and society is a good thing to practice. And it all begins from taking our own responsibility first, making ourselves hardworking, doing our daily work with care, correcting the things that require our attention.
- Not making issues out of everything and creating a chaos. Even if we get angry at others we should not express that . WE should try to hold that moment and when our mind is cool, we should discuss the matter with a cool mindset.
- Never saying ill about others and complaining against others. Rather if we get into a get together we should select some good topics like different places and their cultural heritage, about hobbies, about latest movies, about fashion , about spirituality, about entertainment, games and sports, curricular activities. We can even play certain exciting indoor games, rather than talking sheet about others.
- We should also look for interesting engaging activities for us so that we do not get bored with our lives. We should discover activities that we are individually interested in. We should then try to get involved into those kind of activities and get to experience of life.
- We should always not run for money. Money is very important but life is more important. Only running after money can take our mental peace so we must learn to strike a balance. These were some experiences and tips that helped me to understand and lead life better. Hope you get to understand and feel these things and make your life a very prosperous one.
