How To Prevent Hair Loss?

Hair loss is one of the most common thing across humans irrespective of their gender. Every strand of the hair has an life span of two to five years.

So in this blog I want to say some hygiene tips to make your less likely fall out!

  1. Don't Chemically treat or bleach your hair: Hair treatment chemicals cause sudden and irrevocable damage to  your hair follicles. If you're concerned about hair loss, limit your use of dyes, peroxide treatments and perms.
  2. Use Shampoo that's mild and suited for your hair: The purpose of the shampoo was to remove dirt that was been in your hair. But some of the shampoo's contains chemicals which weaken the strands and results in the hair losses. So, it is better to use naturally prepared shampoo from KUNKUDU NUTS. Using these nuts as a shampoo will definitely results prevention of hair loss. And these are so smooth to apply on our hair and suitable for everyone.
  3. Don't use High Heat Hair Styling tools: Some people use different tools like hair Straighteners, hair Dryers and ironing tools for hair. Using these High heat tools will make the hair to dry i.e, the wetness required for hair will be lost. The follicle become dehydrated.
  4. Stop Smoking: Smoking is one of the main reason for hair loss in men. Smoking can prematurely age your hair cells, making your hair follicle brittle and easy to damage.
  5. Proper Diet: Our diet will have a lot of effect in causing hair damage. It is important to eat diet rich in antioxidants, these will help in fighting with oxidative stress like environmental factors which damage hair follicles. Eating fruits like Blueberries, Strawberries and vegetables like beans, spinach which contains antioxidants will prevent from hair losses. 
  6. Massaging your hair : According to studies, it has been proven that massaging the hair results in hair growth. Massaging helps in the blood circulation on the head and helps to hair growth. So it is highly recommended to have scalp massage after hair wash.
  7. Don't be Stressed: Stress makes us to hair fall. Yes, you heard it right. Most of the men were always stressed about the work or even about the hair fall. 
  8. Avoid hairstyles that pulls hair: Youth generally relates to this, because they need to be fashioned. But pulling your hair for different hairstyles like ponytail will weaken your hair follicles and results in hair loss.
