Perfect Diet For Weight Loss.
A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against many chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for healthy diet. Due to lockdown maximum people facing problems like Belly fat, face fat. The main thing is that sometime we are tired to do exercises . So, here I am going to tell you a perfect diet for weight loss. following are some tips follow it regularly.
- Wake up as early as possible at least till 7 or 8 am. After brush take warm water/jira water/ Green tea.
- After 2 hrs. (eg. if you wake up at 7 am then do this step at 10am) Take full glass of a milk with ½ tb. spoon sugar if possible skip sugar or first 2 days use sugar until you become habitual to take it without sugar.
- After 2 hrs. Eat 1 Roti / Chapati/ Bhakri with Pulse like Matki/ Chana/Chole/Rajma which contains lots of protein .While making pulse recipe use oil in less quantity i.e ½ tb spoon oil.
- Now at 4 pm take a cup of green tea. if you are little bit of hungry you can eat murmura/ churmura.( Don't add spices )
- Now for dinner you have to eat 1 bhakri with peanut butter/you can eat with milk also. You have to complete your dinner as early as possible (before 9 pm)
- You can drink milk before 15 mins of sleeping. This is diet for weight loss. If you follow above instructions strictly and regularly definitely you will get the results. Tip- Don't take gap between your Diet otherwise you won't get the results. Some exercises which help to reduce fat . if you do this with above diet plan you will get result in just 15 days. 1.Walking is one of the best exercises for weight loss 2.Jogging and running are great exercises to help you lose weight. 3.Cycling is most popular as well as beneficial for weight loss. 4.
