Solution For Common Health Issues

Hello Everyone,

Today we are going to see Some Simple Solution for Some Common Health Issues at Home. In this blog I will share some tips/remedies for some health issues like headache, stomach upset, indigestion, stomach fullness etc. 

Head Ache:

We all are experienced with is head ache in our life. If you have a headache first please take rest and avoid your screen timing.

If the headache is caused by blocking water in your head or ear, the following remedy will help you.

Solution for Headache: Take 1 teaspoon of Black Mustard Seeds and 1 teaspoon of Black pepper.

Heat the pan and dry roast the both. After roasting, I have to crush the pepper and mustard coarsely.

Then take a sauce pan with one glass of water and add the crushed powder with crushed palm jaggery. After boiling for 5 minutes, we can drink this at an upper warm temperature.

It will help to reduce the water blocking in our head/ear and minimize our headache.

Stomach Upset:

Stomach upset causes many reasons like heat, consuming spicy food, indigestion, gastric problems etc.

Solution for Stomach Upset: Take 1 teaspoon of Carom seeds/Ajwain (Omam-in Tamil) in a sauce pan fry without oil.

Before burning, we should add a glass of water and bring to boil up to the one glass of water reduced into half a glass.

Then drink this in the warm. It will relieve our Stomach upset.

Stomach Pain:

If we have stomach pain caused by gastric problems, then you can follow the remedy given below.

Solution 1: Take one glass of hot water and add 1/4th teaspoon of Asafoetida(Hing) powder and a pinch of salt then stir well. After mixing the water, salt and asafoetida, we drink this water when the temperature becomes warm.

We can give this drink to kids by mixing a small amount of sugar too. It will reduce the stomach pain.    

Solution 2: Take 4 to 5 numbers of garlic gloves, dry roast them in a pan for up to 5 minutes or until the garlic becomes soft.

After cooling down we can peel the skin of the garlic and eat the roasted garlic. Then we should drink 1 glass of hot water.

This also reduces the stomach pain caused by gastric problems.

Indigestion/ Stomach Fullness:

Most of us are surely experienced with stomach fullness or indigestion for some reasons like consuming food at late night, heavy food, over eating etc. Now we can see the remedy for this problem.

Solution for indigestion: Take one saucepan add one and half glass of water to boil.

Then add a small piece of crushed ginger with 2 no of crushed cardamom and 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds and few mint leaves.

Allow all the ingredients to boil until they release their essence and the water reduces to one glass.

After that you can add 1 tablespoon of palm sugar/jaggery powder. After a minute switch the flames then filter the drink and consume it like tea/coffee.
