It Isn't True.... But It Is.

Hi there! Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day.💜

Have your ever felt like you are changing from a certain thing and that it is responsible for the change, but then you realize that it wasnt and the change was all based of your belief of changing.

In medicine, a placebo is a substance that is believed to be a real effective medicine but in reality it isn't. Now the Placebo Effect, it is the improvement in an individuals condition, despite recieving a placebo as compared to an actual treatment.

The placebo effect is one of the least understood phenomena in modern science and medicine, yet it is something that prevalis time and time again. It is a literal proof that humans have the ability to heal and create outcomes solely based on belief and expectation. If that is true, so imagine how much more we would be capable of if learned how to tap into this way of being on a regular basis.

Power of your brain….

The ideology that your brain has the ability to convince your body a fake treatment is an actual thing and hence stimulating healing, termed as placebo effect, has been around for a long time now.

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day eventually become a reality.

The real  scoence behind it is that Placebo treatments induce a very real responses in the human brain. Believing that the treatment is going to work can trigger the neuro transmitter release, hormone production and an immune response, easing symptoms of pain and diseases.

The placebo effect is one of the most fascinating things in the whole world of medicine. It is not just about taking a pill, and your performance and your pain getting better. It's about our beliefs and expectations. It is about the cultural meaning of a treatment.

                                ~ Ben Goldacre.

The Nocebo effect…

The term “Nacebo” refers to a latin word which means “harm”. The nocebo effect is the whole reverse of the placebo effect. It is when the negative situations occur when you belief at the worst possible scenario.

So that was all for this blog, guys. I hope you all liked it.

Thank you for watching so far….
