Those who likes and those who does not like this food yes Offcourse everyone likes this food because of it tastes and it is called as β€œICE BRIYANI ”.πŸ™‚ compare to hot rice, leftover rice has lots of benefits. Eating leftover rice is not new. Our Ancestors eats this regularly in there diet that is why they are still strong. Because it has power to boost up our immunity. By knowing this it becomes very famous in many restaurants. 
It is very easy to make and cost effective. It makes your day very energetic. It has lots of nutrition in it and also cures stomach related problems and makes your digestive system healthy. If you drink leftover rice water alone makes and feel you better.

Benefits of eating leftover rice 🍚:
  It is a natural coolant. So that if you have it atleast trice a week it will cool up your body. 
Leftover rice has fiber so that cures the constipation problems. 
Those who have ulcer problems have this rice  thrice a week you see some changes. 
Those who are addicted with tea 🍡  or coffee β˜•οΈ have this water while after waking up, it will control and stops to taking a habit of coffee or tea 🍡.
It makes our small intestine healthy due to having good bacteria in that rice. 
It keeps our digestive system good.
It is rich in B6 and B12.
When you have it in morning it makes you energetic and makes you day very active.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. if you have leftover rice or make a boiled rice and put it in earthen pot or normal steel or glass bowl πŸ₯£. (*earthen pot is recommended for full benefits)
2. Pour water in it and close with lid or plate. 
3. Keep it in over night πŸŒ™ 😴 
HOW TO INTAKE:
1. Have the water alone while wakeup with or without adding a salt. 
2. During you breakfast time add curd(optional) then salt and water .
3. Have this food along with small onions 🌰 (shallots) or some pickles, mango.

Warning ⚠️:
Those who are suffering for lungs related problems, those who have cool body avoid this food. But you can have it rarely during summer season if your system not having any problems while taking it.
