This lockdown has taught me a lot,, initial I was happy to have holidays, then started to worry a little as it got serious then now it's like a never ending saga like in subway surfers,,,as the days passed I became really lazy , months passed like days,, I had to change this somehow… .
Now I utilise almost the whole day ,, this was possible only with a single act,, and that is I started to wake up early and that was not an easy task, it was really difficult for the first four days
Then because of waking up early, I was being sleepy early and was not able to scroll phone or watch TV and turned off lights and slept soon after dinner & praying..
I never thought a person like me who was a night owl for around 15 years of my life will feel sleepy so early,,, but this change helped a lot,, let me tell you the change I experienced
1.the beautiful sky will never fail to give you positive vibes, the clouds look so pretty,, sit outside for a while or if in home near a open window its a beautiful way to start the day and don't forget to hydrate yourself
2.Do not forget to look at the sparrows singing in the background,, These little creatures are my spirit animal , I absolutely love their size and colour
3.go to a walk with your pet or jog near home or on the terese, that will be really refreshing
4.have a lovely breakfast
5.start with your to do list which you have set the day before… make sure to keep easy task to start with, that will give you boost up to do the rest.
There is a saying that early bird catches the worm,, I never believed in this and was a kind of person who believed that Even being late I can catch the worm
But now I know what that phase meant it's not about who can catch the worm first , it's about mental peace and stability ,, As I can do my tasks daily without piling up the work, its gonna be real easy to catch the worm,, I do remember the time when I used to start working for my exam syllabus just 2 weeks before exam and getting stressed out before exams,, luckily I am over that phase now
