You need to develop your own unique style. What makes you different from everyone else? This can come from many different places; it could be how you dress, typeface used, etc. Your uniqueness is what helps people remember who you are, what you stand for, and what message you want them to take away from you. You should never copy anyone's style. Be original.

Passion is not enough. If you just have passion, then it will only get you so far and that's it. To succeed you need to have a plan and work hard at following through on that plan.

When you do something you love, be passionate about it. That passion will carry you further than anything else can. Never let someone tell you that you don't have what it takes. Always believe in yourself!

Get out there and network. Make friends with leaders and influencers in your field. Learn their stories and learn from them. Find out where they've been and where they're going. Ask them questions, listen carefully, and follow their lead. Remember that they understand the industry much better than you do. They'll help you get your foot in the door and give you tips on how to market yourself effectively.

Don't make excuses. No matter what the reason may be, if you're not willing to put in the time, energy, and effort into whatever it is you're doing, then it won't amount to anything. Do what needs to be done today and if tomorrow doesn't go according to schedule, then deal with it then. Just don't ever say you can't do something just because it isn't easy. There are always things that we find challenging but never impossible.

Do research! Find websites and books that talk about people who share similar interests as you. Find their blogs, Twitter accounts, Instagrams, Facebook pages... Anything that lets you follow someone's journey and learn from them. Also, read books written by these people.

Have faith and believe in yourself! Don't let anyone tell you that you cannot accomplish anything if you don't give up! There will always be people that will discourage you; however, remember that they were once you. They lacked confidence too. Keep going and eventually, you will succeed.

Be patient! Success takes time. Even if you already have your passion, it still won't happen overnight. Things take time to develop. Just continue to build upon yourself and keep working towards your goals.

Never stop learning! Life experiences teach us many lessons. Some people may learn better through trial-and-error while others prefer to just listen to other people's stories. Whatever works best for you, enjoy it!

Passion is what drives you to achieve your goals! Without passion, there would be no motivation to work hard towards something that is not interesting to you. If you are passionate about something, then everything becomes much easier! You will have a reason to get out of bed every morning!

Believe in your story. Everyone has a story to share. If you want to make your story heard, then you need to tell it. Whether it's personal or professional, your……
