Look Out Your Thought Process.

Yes, we need to keep looking out our thought process. For many years I have been struggling a lot because I used to confused all time. Well, here is the issue of being confused :
- You end up getting stuck with wrong decisions.
- You might need to take help from other person (which might be not possible all time)
- You will be late and might loose an opportunity (which you will be regretting forever)
Here is a best way out for confusion, just write down Pros and Cons of both thoughts and make a list. Well, you might think even after writing a list you're confused (which always happens with me all time). You can seek help from a practical person (not emotional one).
Confusion will mess with your head and will make you an over-thinker(with all negatives thoughts only). You can't think clearly at all. This is how it will impact mentally, but since we all know mental instability will also be impacting our physical health. Some of the physical issues I've gone through:

  • Short breathing/Irregular breathing
  • Fever
  • Tiredness/Weakness
  • Dizziness
    Some of the mind issues:
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Can't sit at one place for longer period of time
  • Forget-fullness (always forget why i went in a room)
So if you're also experiencing same, don't panic or start overthinking. I've gone through this phase for almost 5 to 6 years now and understood one thing. That it's all in your mind only!
This is an early stage(so please start taking care of yourself), whereas you might end up getting panic attacks(I've almost got 2-3 in last year), depression and many more mind issues.
So what all things you can do to handle a situation like this in early stages only is by being calm and following below steps:
  • Meditation (If you're don't know how to? then just go on youtube and search for “10 minutes mediation for beginner”). You can also do it on your own by just sitting at one place and observing your breath (10 minutes minimum).
  • Walk (Go out for a walk for at least 15 minutes)
  • Pranayam ("Nadi Shodhana Breath", do it for 5 minutes minimum)
  • Long Breathing (Just start it whenever or wherever you want to, it will help a lot)
I would like to tell you few more things which i personally think will be of great help.
  • Counter thought : So whenever you're thinking something but it's not good, that thought is just making you fell uneasy. Just use an opposite thought as a counter thought. I know you might end up in overthinking but eventually you'll start thinking other things.(Best way is to think about good things in your life and how grateful you are.)
  • Reading (Books which as many examples how our thinking can help change the world)
  • Praying (Yes! Praying and visiting temple will make you calm and your faith in god will make you think positive)
  • Cutting off negative people around.
  • Last but not least smile often :)
    I hope that's helpful!
