In today's World we are I will say forced to hear about the term called Stress…Many people have been so familiarized with this word and tend to suffer a lot which in turn leading to depression as well as psychological problems. Among a lot of people teenagers and young adults have been trapped into this word. It has been so easy like having a cup of tea. We have not paid attention towards this trend. I guess we need to look deeper into this problem to make us survive with the happiest at hearts.
Stress in simpler word is defined as the feeling of emotional or physical tension and the result of expressing the stress can be through different ways in case of anger, anxiety and so on. Stress is the result of some challenge to be faced. It is the reaction of body in a situation of challenge or sometimes say demand. This is where the problem of today lies. It is actually the situation that challenges today's youngsters. It is the stress or the challenge we are in need to face. To overcome the challenge with our parents. To satisfy the demands of school and colleges. To handle the peer pressure. To win over everything we participate. To win over little events that is happening. To win over to sustain with today's world. So life starting from our first step that too in today's world is a bit of stress until we are satisfied which does not even end with one's death. We are now in a place to just escape from the current situation and live a life we have desired for. But that can not be a solution to the problem we face. So fight until you achieve what you desired for. And sometimes its okay not to worry for not letting you satisfy about what you actually desired. It the way that has to happen.
Having heard about the stress we must make our ears open for the solution we can take and try in order to make ourselves better to succeed in what we actually wished for. So we must make ourselves ready to listen to the solutions. So I am gonna make this blog as a preparatory ones and my next blog is on the way with the solutions to make ourselves stress-free and remember You Can Heal From Things You Have To.
