One mistake doesn't mean your career is over.  Taking care of yourself after a mistake is very important. 

 Stop Negativity:- 

Do not make the mistake of considering any mistake or failure as permanent.  If you are working towards achieving your dreams and have been successful then one mistake does not prove that you will not be able to do anything in life.  

Minimize Loss:-

 Instead of being emotional, you should think about minimizing the loss.  Instead of thinking about what people are saying, one should consider the effects of the mistake and plan accordingly. 

 Lessons for the future: -

 Admittedly, you have made a mistake, but you have also got a lesson to move forward in life.  By mistake, it seems that what should be focused on the most and where should not be paid attention to.  By mistake, you get important lessons about looking at preparations, thinking from all angles, etc. before starting work.
 

Look at success: - 

Think about the successes you have got in your life.  This will give you new energy to move forward.  Remember how far you have progressed by learning from mistakes.  Think about how you feel when you are successful and complete a task.  This will bring back your lost confidence.  

Preparation for learning:-

 It is very important to think about why humans make mistakes.  In fact, mistakes happen due to a lack of experience or ability.  If you want, you can gain both experience and qualifications.  You should always try to learn new things.  Any work should be started with complete preparation.  Mistakes can happen when trying new things.  Instead of accepting these mistakes as your defeat, it should be considered as a learning process.  When you make a mistake, the next one.  For times it knows what not to do.  By making yourself competent and with consistent practice, you can overcome mistakes.
 

How to wake up faith in the new year? 

 It is very important for everyone to trust each other to perform well in the office.  If all the employees trust each other from the new year, then they will be able to contribute in moving the company forward in a better way. 

 Have confidence in the leader: - 

You should take feedback from the employees about what they think about you as a leader.  If you hide things from employees or present things in a twisted manner, then it will have a wrong effect.  You should not use employees to fulfill petty interests. 

 May all be successful: - 

By this you should give a chance to every employee to move forward.  They should be promoted through training programmes, mentorship etc.  The employees will realize their value and will act swiftly for the good of the company. 

 Support all the time: - 

In good times everyone supports, but in bad times no one stays with you.  As a leader, you should make every employee feel that you are with them.  Every effort should be made to solve his problems.
 

Open Communication :- 

You should communicate directly with the employees.  If they make a mistake, give them a chance to speak.  This will instill confidence in the employees.  Apart from this, if the company achieves any success, then the credit should also go to the employees.  This will greatly strengthen the confidence of the employees.
