Everyone faces a situation in their lives when they go through so much bitter experiences that they cannot even speak about to anyone else and they keep on stressing themselves by wasting their time and energy on the vicious circle of over thinking and over emphasizing things in their own mind. We all want to get out of that trap but the more we try to overcome it, the more vivid it becomes in our mind. So is it even possible to deal with this or overcome it??
Well, the answer is absolutely yes and the answer which I am going to suggest is not based on other people's opinion but is tried and tested by myself.
The only and the most effective way of dealing with over thinking and stress is JOURNALLING.
Journal is simply a notebook or a diary and journaling is the process of noting down things in the journal which affect you the most or the things which you over think.At first it will be a difficult task but as you go on doing it religiously every day , things will become easy and you will gradually observe that things which affected you for so long will now feel not worthy of your time and energy. You will slowly stop thinking about those things and will progress towards more happy and joyful life.I myself overcome my hardest heart breaks through journalling after suffering for nearly two years and was amazed by it's impact on me and my mind.
Not only this, but journalling has other merit points such as
Journaing is not that easy also. It requires strong determination amd daily commitment tto sit and write ,but trust me, it gets easier day by day and its all the worth at the end so just dont loose hope and pick up a journal and start journalling and say good bye to all the hardships your mind and body goes through once an for all because as long as you journal, I.promise you, you wont suffer in life
