An egg has 6 grammes of the material, including all the nine crucial amino acids, which are the protein's building blocks. These acids are significant since they are the ones our body cannot produce on its own. Leucine, histidine, lysine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine, valine, methionine, tryptophan are the essential amino acids arranged in a way that closely resembles the arrangement required by our body. As a result, the egg white contains almost half of the protein with its sticky content and only a tiny amount of cholesterol and fat. An egg is a huge source of various vitamins, amino acids, and minerals like selenium, vitamin B12, high-grade protein, multiple antioxidants required to keep our body cells healthy, chlorine and more.

As per recent studies, people having one egg every day have 30% fewer chances of facing death due to hemorrhagic stroke. Though the research varies from time to time, it is very much necessary for all of us to have at least an egg every single day to reduce the risks. Also, they are heart-healthy, which keeps heart diseases away. People who ate around an egg a day were nearly 20% less likely than non-egg eaters to acquire heart disease, according to a recent Chinese study.

Having an egg helps in maintaining our diet too. It will make us feel more likely to eat less in our daily routine. The fat in the yolk accounts for more than half of the calories in the egg; a 50-gram chicken egg includes about 5 grammes of fat. However, egg consumption may need to be reduced for people on a low cholesterol diet. Nevertheless, just 27% is saturated fat of the total fat in eggs. The egg white is mainly made up of water and protein, with no cholesterol and very little fat, if any. An egg also helps prevents eye illnesses such as age-related macular degeneration and cataracts with our age growing. The eggs are the superior supply of antioxidants, due to which our body uses the fat content present inside the egg to obtain the nutrients. Vitamin D, which is suitable for our grey matter in the brain and challenging to get from food, is found in eggs. The chlorine present in an egg helps our nerve cells to communicate with one another. Due to its vital role in brain development, chlorine is also essential for pregnant and lactating mothers. Many other nutrients are also present in variable amounts in a giant egg.
