We have problems and sort of tension and stress in our life. Why these problems? Why it happens to me always? Why I don't have normal and happy life? These types of questions comes in our minds. Sometimes things gets worse and feel like giving up, and we thought we can't do this or I can't take it anymore. Thousands of times we think like this but still we facing the problems willingly or unwillingly. “No one is happy with their lives” But the truth is “No one is satisfied with their lives” Read that again may be you get my point. I have seen bad phases as well and still facing all the problem and stress due to these problems. But I'm dealing these problems in my ways because I know a fact very well that “Nothing is for permanent, if something comes to you whether it is good or bad, it has to end one day”.So let's check my ways to less the burden and stress.
1.Its okay to not to be okay
It's completely fine if you are not feeling well. You are frustrated with your life it's all completely acceptable but you have to handle this.
A. Focused on breathing
Sit down and close your eyes and focus on your breathe, focus on inhaling and exhaling process. Do this for 2 minutes.
2.Be Grateful
We are going through the hard times. Due to this we usually see, think and listen to negative things. We failed to be grateful for the things we have. So when I feel low, I'll always be grateful for three things in my life.
A. Do I have a house to live? Yes I have then be grateful because only lucky people have it.
B. Do I have food? Yes I have then please have respect for food because many people slept without having food.
C. Do I have clothes to cover up myself? Yes I have then be grateful because many people don't have clothes in summer, winter or monsoon.
3.Focused on positive
It happens with all of us we always wants something that we don't have but always fails to praise something that we have. We have a family and lovingly friends and that one special person with whom you can share every single thing. Special one doesn't mean a boyfriend/girlfriend, it could be your best friend, sister, brother etc.
4.Temporary Phase
One thing that gives me strength to fight with stress and depression is that “Nothing is permanent”.This phase will end soon, all you can do is have some courage and keep patience. A beautiful thought I always admire" If you want a brighter morning then you have to go through the darkest nights ".
5.Admit your bad day
First of all if you did something wrong in past then accept it because if you see it's your mistake then you'll never go out of the problem so accept your mistakes. And try to learn from it but never do this again. Being a strong person doesn't mean that you always have a good day you have to deal with bad day as well, what makes you a strong person is how to deal with the bad things and don't let the bad things effect your positive life.
