Hello and welcome back to everyone who have been reading my blogs. So today i learn how to make pakora of onion and potato so I'll be sharing it with you all. It's very easy and trust me you will crave for it when it's moonsoon out here right??.

So let's start with the ingredients.

  • Gram flour.
  • Onions and potatoes.
  • Salt.
  • Green chilli paste.
  • Soda.
  • Oil.

Now start by heating the oil in the bowl and till take some gram flour in another bowl add salt, green chilli paste for taste. Add little soda and water to it. Mix it well and keep it thick yet liquidy.

Next is to chop the onion and potato. Chop the onions in a circular shape and separate them into single rings. While chopping potatoes make sure you cut thin slices of it. Once the chopping it done check the oil if it is heated.

Start with potatoes dip them in the flour apply it back an front and the land them in the oil with utmost care.

Make sure you lower the flame while you put the potato slices in the oil. If you are frying in oil fir the first time make sure you have an adult next to you. Take help of your mom or sister elder to you probably.

Under their guidance start putting the potatoes at a lower flame from the circumference of the bowl so they can glide down easily without splashing oil on you.

Let the potatoes and onion rings be fried until they turned brownish-red.

Take a tissue in a plate and remove the pakoras in it. This will remove the excess oil from them and they are all ready to eat.

You can serve this with nice pudhina or green chilli chutney. You can also add some cold drink with the same.

This is very easy and fulfilling dish. A very tasty crispy evening snack. Especially in this heavily rainy reason you are having this pakoras sitting on your window enjoying the weather. You can binge watch or prefer a balcony seat isn't it a perfect moonsoon snack. So what are you waiting for go and make tour yummy crispy pakoras and enjoy it in this moonsoon season.

That is it guys thanks for staying up till the end and will be back with something new soon till then take care and stay safe 💕
