“Chicken Tikka is creamy spicy with a flavor of smoke”
Chicken lovers trend in all over world at all time. When cooked, it can be presented many guises, saut it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it- eat it the way you want to. Whatever it's form may be cooked it's flavor may change but it's flesh remains in high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.
INGREDIENTS:-
Boneless Chicken 2 inches cube 6 piece
Cashewnut paste ¼ cup
Ginger paste 1 tablespoons
Garlic paste 1 tablespoons
Egg 1 piece
Salad oil/Olive oil
Processed Cheese Grated 1cup
Salt to taste
Fresh Cream ¼ cup
Green Cardamom Powder ½ teaspoon
Green chilly (Nicely Chopped)
Hung Curd 1 ½ cup
Roasted channa powder ¼ cup
Black Pepper crushed 7-8
Lemon
Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
Butter for applying at last on chicken
METHOD:-
Boneless Chicken marinated with lime juice, ginger garlic paste, and salt, keep aside for 30 mins.
Cashewnut soak in water for 15-20 minutes.
Make a fine paste of cashew nut (soaked)
Poured the paste in a bowl.
After that add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, green cardamom powder, and black pepper crushed mix well.
Then add egg, fresh cream, green chilly chopped, grated processed cheese, roasted channa powder, and salad oil/ olive oil. Mix well.
Then add hung curd in masala.
Then mix well, and got a smooth fine masala.

Then add chicken in masala
Marinate the chicken and keep it in the freezer for 2hour
After 2hour take it out from the freezer
Strong the chicken cubes in a skewer
Then grilled in a tandoor or roast in an oven
Turning the skewers from time to time, till kebab are golden on all sides.
Take it out in a bowl, and toast with butter and fresh coriander leaves mix it.

Then for smoke take a small bowl, burning charcoal and cloves.
Small bowl keep in kebab center, like kebab around the small bowl in a big bowl
Add fresh cream (little quantity)on every piece of kebab
Then put charcoal in a small bowl and add cloves on charcoal
Then add butter (little quantity for smoke) on charcoal
Immediately cover with a lid for 5min
Then take out cover
Kebab arrange on a plate with garnish
Also, take mint chutney and lime pieces
Serve hot with hot roti/ chappati
Enjoy a delicious smoked chicken kebab
