I hope you all are in good health and doing great. As winter has almost arrived, I have come with another recipe. A wide variety of vegetables is available during winters but sometimes we feel too lazy to cook something so this is an instant dish. And yes, many of suggested to add the picture in the last recipe blog so I have added a picture to make sure you get to see how tempting it looks. I am quite sure that you will definitely try this recipe after reading the method as it is very easy to make. No too much efforts and nothing fancy- just a simple flavorful dish for you all. If you want to make it quickly then make sure you have boiled corn and peas.
The ingredients that you will need to make peas corn recipe are-
Boiled peas- 1 cup
Boiled corn - ½ cup
Chopped green chilly- ½ teaspoon
Chopped ginger- 1 teaspoon
Chopped onion- 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste- 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds- ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Tumeric power- ½ teaspoon
Garam masala- ½ teaspoon
Crushed red chilli-¼ teaspoon
Hing powder- a pinch
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Method to make-
Take a pan and heat it. Now add oil, when the oil is heated add cumin seeds and hing. Now add chopped onion and cook it. Make sure the flame is low, cook the onion until it gets a little brown.
Add ginger, green chilli, tomato paste, tumeric power, salt, corn kernels and peas. Mix it well and now add the remaining spices. Again mix it and turn off the flame.
Peas corn is ready to serve.
To serve- Take out the prepared dish in the bowl you want to serve in and garnish it with onion and green coriander leaves. If you want, you can add lemon juice to add an extra flavour.
