10Morning Drinks For All-day Energy

We know that breakfast gives us the energy we need to stay healthy for the whole day. Doctors always suggest that breakfast should never be skipped. We eat breakfast after sleeping for seven to eight hours. Therefore, when you wake up in the morning, you should not fail to drink enough water for your body. Here are seven healthy drinks you can drink before breakfast to stay refreshed and healthy throughout the day.

1:Lemon Water- When you hear lemon water, don't mistake it for sweetened lemon water.  Squeeze a whole lemon in warm water and add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to drink this drink

2:Apple Cider Vinegar - Apple cider vinegar is great for lowering blood sugar, weight loss and detoxification.  Mix one tablespoon of cider vinegar, two tablespoons of lemon juice, some honey and a little pepper in boiled water and drink it.

3:Green Tea – Green tea is good for regulating the body's metabolism.  Antioxidants in it will increase the immunity of the body.

4.Coconut water - Coconut water, which is the most readily available in our country, contains potassium and calcium as needed.  They also have a lot of antioxidants.

5:Gooseberry and Aloe Vera – Best for skin and hair.  It is good for cleansing the body and regulating metabolic functions.  This will help in removing toxins from the body and preventing fat accumulation.  Drink 4-5 tablespoons of aloe vera juice and rice water in a glass of water.  Their ready-made syrup is also available in the market now.

6:Turmeric and black pepper mixed with hot water - this is also a delicious drink.  It is good for everything from improving digestion to preventing cancer.  It also boosts immunity.

7:Ginger – It is also a pain reliever.  It is good for arthritis, muscle pain, stomach ache and digestive problems.  Ginger tea should be made by adding two tablespoons of ginger juice to two cups of water.  Boil it in the oven and drink it with honey or lemon juice if needed.
