So for today's blog i have come up with a simple , yummy recipe to make you hungry . I make this dish whenever i am sad .it really makes me happy . what's special about this is , when the first time i tried it , i was not even sure what ingredients i added , but guys i turned so well ,becoming one of my favourite dishes .excited ? let's get into it .
The dish is a masalatadka maggi !!! Guys by seeing Maggi don't get bored , it will be real good .
Ingredients :
Oil - tbsp
Cumin- 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped - 1
Garlic chopped-5
Onion - 1
Carrot - half
Tomato -1
Capsicum -half
Green peas
Chiili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
A pinch of salt
A cup of water
Maggi or ramen of your choice
The Tadka Maggi making process :
First , heat up a pan and add a spoon of oil . You can also add butter , it gives an unique taste .
Then add cumin seeds and allow it to pop out .
Once the cumin seeds got roasted add the chopped green chilles and garlic to it . Saute them for a minute .
Now , you can add the chopped veggies right into the pan . Here also , it's not specific to add carrots and capsicums , you can add any vegetable of your choice .
Saute the veggies , for 2 mins and then drop the chilli and coriander powders to it .
Add a pinch of salt and mix them till the raw smell of the masalas go.
Add , a cup of water or add according to the cubes of noodles you are adding .
Here if u like it soggy and soupy ,then add a bit more water .If you like it dry then you must add the exact amount of water .
Once u find the water boiling , add the maggi cubes into it .
Open up the maggi masala and add to it .
Mix the noodles and masala .Leave it for 2 mins .
Serve it hot .
Taadaa , the tasty desi style tadka maggi is done and ready to eat . You can also add a slice of cheese to it .
