Check out my previous blogs to know more about the story.

Mr. Doodle said that he loves his daughter, but the king must understand that Polly has got natural instincts that of a hen and that would never change. Mr. Doodles also added an example that whenever she sees corn, she will give into her natural instincts and picks the corn just like a hen. The king said that he understands Polly's own personality and accepts her with all his heart. Jeeko however smiled from behind. And so, the wedding was held between King Effiom and Polly.

King Effiom began to fall deeper and deeper in love with his queen. He loved her so much that King Effiom forgot about being a king and was only the husband to his beautiful wife. The hen trait of the queen seemed not to bother the king at all. But Jeeko was watching all this, nevertheless. And so were all the maidens who felt rejected and neglected. They were so jealous of the new queen that they named her ‘The Hen Queen’.  The maidens were so jealous that they even said the fake reason behind king marrying Polly was because he himself hated to set an alarm clock instead Polly would crow early in the morning. Jeeko hated seeing King Effiom greatly in love with the Queen and decided to create trouble. He and the maidens hatched a plan to embarrass the King and the Queen.

A few days later, Tiana who was happy for the king suggested that he throw a party in the honor of the new queen. Jeeko and one of the maidens had found their opportunity. They thought that since it was suggested by Tiana herself, no one would doubt them. But Tiana always doubted Jeeko no matter what. The party thus began. It was grand as there was food and entertainment. Many noble men came to greet the new queen. But when all had settled down and King Effiom was about to make a toast to his newly wedded wife, the helper of the palace came in with a basket of corn and tripped. All the corn from the basket was scattered on the floor. Polly however without thinking started to show her natural instinct by pecking on the corns just like that of a hen.

The Kings and rulers of the kingdom and empires could not hold any longer. King Effiom loved his wife. But he could not get over the humiliation. For the first time King Effiom felt ashamed of his wife. Jeeko on the other hand said to king that he himself became a laughingstock in front of the others because of the queen. (Will be continued….)

Will the King send his beloved Queen back home? Where is Jupiter now? Is he someone among the royal acquaintance?

Stay tuned for ‘The Hen Queen Part: 3’ …….
