Constipation now becomes a major problem among people. The main reason is uncontrolled food or changes in diet or routine of people. It will cause alot of pain and stress. It may happen in the case of babies also. Most of the babies face the problem of constipation when they start eating solid foods. It can be reduced through changing their food chart.

People who drink more water can easily escape from the problem of constipation. We can give water to babies through nipple bottle from 6 months.
Fibre rich foods:
Include fibre rich foods in our daily routine. Fruits and vegetables can help alot because they have more amount of fibre.
Oat meal:
Oats include more fibre. So, give oatmeals to the babies.

Apple:
Apple is best for constipation. Try to offer grated apple or apple purees to babies everyday. It will help for digestion.
Papaya:
Papaya is a best remedy for constipation. We can give smashed papayas to our babies. Otherwise, we can make it as a smoothie. It is only recommended for 1 year old babies.
Pear:
Pear is a best first fruit you can offer to your babies. They can be cooked. Peel the pears and put them in boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes. We can offer them when they are easily squishable with a spoon.
Pumpkin:
Pumpkin is easy to digest. It contains more fibre so that it will be helpful to reduce constipation.
