Everyone says that “Failure is the stepping stone for success”, but do you believe that completely. When you correct your mistakes in failure it leads to success. But you have to put your effort to correct the mistakes to become successful.

Everyone's dream is to become successful one day. The question is, do you putting any effort? Most people dream to be successful one day, but they don't put any effort and simply blame others for their failure. Once they face failure they drop their blame on others, they don't accept their mistakes and they are not ready to correct them. Then how do they become successful?

First, accept your flaws to become successful. Don't search for flaws in others. Correct yourself to overcome failure. Everyone thought that failure is very bad it hurts a person lot. But sometimes failure brings happiness and satisfaction. If you're putting full effort and trying your maximum and never quit in any situation, it must bring you happiness, that you tried your best.

Most of the time we don't get a chance to prove ourselves completely, at that times failure hits us very badly. But never give up correct your mistakes and hit your success back. Failure is the basement for success, Correcting mistakes is the stepping stone for success. If you are lazy to rectify your mistakes then you can't. Keep trying to hit success.

Don't be afraid to face failures. No one cares about how hard you worked how many failures you faced, success is the one others look at. Don't care about others, this is your life do whatever you want, to be successful. The success formula that I believe is, 1% Talent 1%Luck 98% Never Give up. No one can become 100% successful, if you have never give up tendency then you will be successful one day.

Work hard in silence and let your success roar. Always be positive, negatives are always around us. so don't get the influence of negative people. Don't be afraid to correct your mistakes be sportive. It brings you happiness and good vibes. And you get more energy to fight for success.
